The software

Nocturn is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It runs commands, edits files, fetches web pages and sends messages on your machine when you approve them. The shell tool is not sandboxed: an approved command runs with your user's full permissions. You are responsible for what you approve, for the keys you configure, and for keeping your ~/.nocturn folder private. Read each approval before you answer it.

The source is available on GitHub under the license stated there. Do not use Nocturn to break the terms of the services you connect it to, or the law where you are.

Mining

NOCT is a number kept by the pool server. It is not a coin on any blockchain, it cannot be withdrawn, and it has no guaranteed value. Mining uses your CPU and electricity for every thread you give it. Only mine on a machine you own or have permission to use. Many hosting providers forbid mining and can suspend your account; read their terms first.

The token

$NCTRN is a token on Robinhood Chain. Its only trusted contract address is the one shown on this website's home page and in the pinned post of the official X account; any other address is not ours. The token confers no ownership, revenue share, governance right or promise of any feature. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation, or investment, legal or tax advice. Digital assets can lose all of their value. Check your local rules before acquiring any.

Content on nocturnh.com may change at any time. Downloads are built from the public source by our CI; verify checksums against the GitHub release if you want to be sure. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors of Nocturn are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site, the software, the miner or the token, including lost data, lost funds, suspended accounts, or actions the agent took after you approved them.
